Progressive training
This isn’t a bootcamp smash sesh. These programs are structured week to week so you can know that each workout flows into the other with purpose and progression at its core. Many women still fear heavier weights thinking they’ll get big and bulky, this myth is stopping you become your leanest, shapeliest self. Ditch the treadmill, embrace the weights!
Scientifically Developed
Training in S&C utilises interval style weight training to improve your cardiovascular health so you’ll see improved heart health with better endurance and stamina. Slower weights work gets you stronger and leaner and you’ll see your strength increase week to week with meaningful progression.
Small & Supportive
With a maximum of 8 people in a class, you’ll get plenty of personal attention from your trainer. You’ll be coached right through your session, we’re passionate about correct technique and getting you the best results. Stay accountable and motivated in our small and friendly classes.
Our face to face classes are offered in our private studio based in Emerald.
