Build Your Skills

Pilates is a non-impact class designed to both stretch and strengthen. You’ll improve your posture, get stronger, ease stiffness and feel energised, without sweating or huffing and puffing. These term programs take you through a progressive, structured plan where you can build confidence and technique.

Online

We started offering online Pilates classes in response to the Victorian stage 3 and 4 restrictions, but we found our clients loved the flexibility and convenience of training from home. You still get the same attention and real-time personalised coaching but just from the privacy of your lounge room - too easy.

Face to face groups

You’ll leave each class feeling a little taller, a little more relaxed and a little stronger. This class comprises a mix of matwork and fitball exercises for mobility, strength and balance.  Enjoy the fun with other like minded people who are also committed to improving their health and well being.

 

Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, please note that this is a general fitness class not suitable for specific rehabilitation purposes.

All classes require advance bookings. Monday Pilates is delivered online via zoom and is only available as a term block. Due to space restrictions Wednesday morning sessions are also only available as a term program.   Casual attendance is welcome in the Wednesday 6.15pm session.   Contact Lisa to get started.

Our in person classes are offered at Rowville Community Centre, both Wednesday morning and evening sessions are available.
