Our bodies change as we get older, and it’s important that you feel comfortable working out with women that share those unique challenges. All exercises can be easily modified for niggles or injuries and in fact exercise substitutions are the norm.
These classes are low impact and focus on cardio fitness as well as core, balance and functional strength. Lisa is there to coach you every step of the way with a real emphasis on quality movement and good technique.

Train with like minded ladies who all have the same goal of increasing their strength and staying active and interested.
We’re all about putting the ‘quality’ into ageing.
There’s a fun relaxed vibe in the studio and our groups often become fast friends.

Social
You’ll get stronger, fitter and leaner. When you exercise with women of your own age it’s always inspiring to see what others can do when they don’t accept limits.
We love the personalised interaction of smaller groups and to ensure small classes and quality instruction, these programs are only available as term bookings. Max 8 participants with indoor and outdoor training.
Our face to face classes are offered in our private studio based in Emerald.
