Suitable for beginners or experienced people, you’ll learn how to box correctly. With an emphasis on good technique and boxing fundamentals, you’ll improve your fitness, get stronger and faster, and have a ton of fun.
Correct technique
You’ll increase your coordination and cardio working through drills and combinations as you master the fundamentals and progress onwards, as well as learning the skills for self-defence. Watch your fitness skyrocket.
Not Just Fitness
Boxers are arguably the fittest athletes in the world. With cross training drills to build your fitness and skills to have you working combinations from the get go, you’ll quickly build confidence in your skills and in your new fitness levels.
