Pilates is a non-impact class using Pilates mat work, yoga stretching, and fitball. Pilates teaches strength and mobility for spine and core muscles. It is fantastic for promoting good posture, body awareness and the importance of combining breath and movement.
Fit Forever
Lisa understands exactly what it’s like to see your body change through the years. And she designed this program specifically for women over the age of 45. You’ll get a full body workout with variety and challenge to meet your unique needs.
Total Body Fit
Using a variety of strength training tools and methods you’ll get stronger, leaner and fitter. Always great fun, you’ll see results quickly in this motivating and supportive environment. Our classes are suitable for men and women, all ages, and all levels of fitness.
Strength & Conditioning
Rod takes this Strength and Conditioning, or S&C, full body program, designed to challenge and advance your all round strength. Forget that old cardio myths, S&C gives clients a balanced program that addresses all your fitness goals. Strong is the new sexy.

Want to learn to box from someone who actually knows what they’re talking about? Rod (an experienced fighter) teaches these classes and puts a huge focus on technique and skill while still giving you a real workout with a lot of fun. Work your body and mind in this engaging class!
